+Pupils from the Humoldthain-Grundschule and the Herbert Hoover Secondary School
chose 3 workshops for a day and could take their creations home with them. They could choose from film, music, painting, sculpture, stage lighting techniques, bicycle repair and beekeeping. A small group were tasked with documenting the days in photos and on video.
not only for the pupils but also for the Wiesenburgers. The children learnt how to handle materials and tools through a ‘hands-on’ approach, often for the first time. Moreover, they gained an insight into other worlds of work and living that they would not normally have access to.
